What is it?
Conscious Emotions is a program created to help you transform your relationship with what you feel. It’s a deep experience of self-connection, reflection, and change, designed so you can understand your emotions, make decisions that are more aligned with who you are, and build a more authentic and conscious life.

The program is divided into three stages that reflect a natural path of emotional expansion:
1. Emotional Roots
This is where the journey begins: the moment to look inward. Here you start identifying what you feel, understanding your reactions, discovering what you need, and beginning to create a safe inner space.2. Conscious Bonds
Once you’ve connected with your inner world, it becomes possible to transform how you relate to others. This stage invites you to revisit how you communicate, set boundaries, express your emotions, and build more honest and healthy connections.3. Human Weaving
Your inner transformation becomes a force for the world. In this stage, you explore how you impact your surroundings, how to live with more coherence, and how your emotions are also part of building community, purpose, and meaning.
How is it done?
Conscious Emotions unfolds through weekly live sessions, where each meeting combines guided reflection, practical exercises, spaces for introspection, and moments of sharing.
The program is designed for you to experience each stage progressively, integrating what you discover into your daily life and generating sustainable changes in the way you feel, think, and relate to others.
Duration per stage: 4 weeks
Modality: Online live via Zoom or in-person
Frequency: 1 weekly session of 2 hours
Constant support: Access to a private WhatsApp group to resolve doubts, share reflections, and stay connected throughout the process.
Complementary materials: At the beginning and end of each session, you will receive resources to deepen your experience and integrate what you have worked on.
Each stage can be taken individually, but together they form a complete journey that allows you to reconnect with yourself, with others, and with the world in a more authentic and conscious way.
